Getting started
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore all features before deciding whether Invven is right for you.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most users are sending their first invoice within 10 minutes. Add your business details, upload your logo, and you're ready. Your inventory and customers import in bulk via CSV if you're switching from another system.
Can I use Invven on my phone?
Yes. Invven is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — install it from your browser on iPhone or Android and it works like a native app, even offline for quotes.
Plans and pricing
What plan is right for me?
Starter ($29/mo) suits sole traders and small operators — up to 50 customers and 1 user. Professional ($79/mo) suits growing businesses — unlimited customers, up to 3 users, plus AI features, email campaigns, and WhatsApp messaging. Business ($159/mo) removes all limits — unlimited users, all features, compliance certificates.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately — no waiting for the next billing cycle.
How much do I save on annual billing?
Annual plans give you 2 months free (10 months price). That's $58 savings on Starter, $158 on Professional, and $318 on Business compared to monthly billing.
Do prices include GST?
All prices exclude GST. GST of 15% is added at checkout for NZ customers. Australian, UK, and other international customers are billed at the listed price with no additional tax applied by Invven.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, ever. You only pay the monthly or annual price shown on the pricing page.
Invoices and quotes
Can my customers pay online?
Yes. Paid invoices include a secure payment link. Customers click, enter their card, and you receive the money directly — no chasing required. Online payments require connecting your Stripe account (takes about 2 minutes).
Can I send quotes for customer approval?
Yes. Quotes are emailed to your customer with a link to view and accept online. Once accepted, you convert the quote to an invoice with one click.
How many PDF templates are included?
Starter includes 2 templates (Classic and Modern). Professional and Business plans include all 10 templates. You can preview each template before switching.
Can I add photos to quotes?
Yes. Attach photos to quotes — useful for showing the job site, parts, or work to be done. Starter plans include up to 4 photos per quote. Professional allows up to 10, and Business plans have no limit.
AI features
What is Voice to Invoice?
Speak your job details and Invven's AI builds the invoice from your words — line items, quantities, and prices pulled from your inventory automatically. Available on Professional and Business plans.
What is Photo to Quote?
Take a photo of a job site, parts, or materials and Invven's AI suggests relevant items from your inventory. Saves time when quoting complex jobs. Available on Professional and Business plans.
Billing and account
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll receive an email before your trial expires. If you don't add payment details, your account is paused — your data is never deleted. You can reactivate at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also be invoiced on request — email us at sales@invven.com.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings — no phone calls, no forms. Monthly subscribers cancel anytime with no penalty. Annual subscribers are billed for the full year upfront.
How does WhatsApp messaging work?
WhatsApp messaging is available on Professional and Business plans. Messages are charged at $0.05 per message sent — no monthly fee attached to the feature, you only pay for what you use.
