We didn't start as a software company. We started as a business — supplying parts, working with tradies, and fighting every day against systems that were too slow, too clunky, or simply built for someone else entirely.

For over a quarter century, we felt every pain point firsthand. A parts inventory with tens of thousands of SKUs that needed real search — by product name, description, hidden manufacturer codes, or a quick warehouse barcode scan. Pricing that had to show hidden dealer costs, live stock levels, low-stock alerts, and automatic supplier reorder emails.

And then there were our tradies — losing hours every week to paperwork, late invoices, complicated systems they had no time to learn.

So we stopped looking for the right tool and built it ourselves.
