Where to Place the Embed Code
Your web developer needs to paste one line of code into the head section of your website — just before the closing head tag.
It looks like this:

Platform-by-platform:
WordPress — Go to Appearance → Theme Editor → header.php and paste before the closing head tag. Or use a plugin like "Insert Headers and Footers" — paste the code in the Header section, no coding required.
Wix — Go to Settings → Custom Code → Add Code → Head. Paste the code and save.
Squarespace — Go to Settings → Advanced → Code Injection. Paste the code in the Header box.
Any custom-built site — Open your main layout file (often layout.tsx, _document.tsx, index.html, or similar) and paste before the closing head tag.
If you're not sure, forward the embed code to your web developer — it's a 2-minute job.
How to Set Your Company Name on the Chat Widget
The chatbot uses your business name automatically — it's set during our setup process based on the details you provide in the application form.
If you want to change the name displayed on the chat widget, just email us at support@invven.com with your preferred name and we'll update it within 1 business day. No code changes needed on your end.
